Our warehouse will dispatch the goods within 48 hours of receiving the order, and then the goods will be delivered to the overseas department of EMS Logistics within 48 hours for checking and then shipped to your location. After that, the logistics time will vary according to your location, you can check and track the goods on the official website of EMS according to the logistics number provided by us.
We do not accept any free returns or refunds other than if there is a problem with the quality of the item at the time of receipt, so it is important to check the item within 48 hours of receipt.
Any returns or refunds beyond 48 hours from the time of arrival as indicated by the logistics will no longer be accepted.
If you would like to request a return or refund, please contact us and we will require you to provide us with a reason for your return or refund and review it for compliance, then we will contact you to let you know if your request is acceptable, and if it is, we will provide you with a full list of how to return or refund your item.
Products that are out of stock and no longer in production will be removed from our shelves.
Therefore, if a product is still available when it is shown as "out of stock", we will increase the inventory in the backend after replenishing the stock in the warehouse.
